He was born on 10 October 2003 in Banda district, his father is Israr Warsi and mother is Shaheda Tarannum. Due to his family condition not being good at that time, he spent his childhood in banda. His primary education was in Heera Islamia and Saint Mary Banda. His secondary education was from Saraswati Vidya Mandir. He also joined the sang(rss) in class seven.
He also spent his time with the Sang(rss). He had a desire to be in politics since his childhood. Warsi ji spent his time in the Samajwadi Party as General Secretary of the Legislative Assembly, but due to some reason he joined the BJP last year and is slowly climbing the ladder of politics.In Politics His friend who stepped in is Azhar Ali. He helped Ishaan a lot in the initial phase of politics due to which this diamond was carved and today our leader came in this form. Presently he is doing BA, LLB from Rameshwar Prasad College, Pachnehi Banda. He is also very fond of video and photography.
His ancestral home is in Kanpur but his residence since childhood is in Banda. During a survey, it was revealed that his favorite politician is Late Shahabuddin alias Sheheb, Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He likes to travel. He is also a single backpacker.
