Environment Minister Bhupendra Yadav attends ‘Mera Parivar BJP Parivar’ campaign in Manipur

Union Minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change and Labor & Employment Bhupendra Yadav attended ‘Mera Parivar BJP Parivar’ campaign held in Bishnupur district of Manipur.

Mr Yadav also led others on listening to the 84th edition of Prime Minister’s Mann Ki Baat broadcast today as part of the campaign.


The Union Minister while addressing the gathering said that the Prime Minister’s Mann Ki Baat always emphasized on cleanliness and he is an inspiration of cleanliness for all of us. Mr Yadav said, the Prime Minister is working for good governance and India is becoming a superpower country in the world.


He also appealed that single use plastic items should not be used in any event. He said that single use plastic items pollute our environment and therefore, the Center has decided that single use plastics will be banned permanently in the country.


The Union Minister arrived in Imphal yesterday on his three day visit to Manipur.
