In a candid conversation, Kajol shared that her daughter, Nysa Devgn, has no plans to join Bollywood for now. The actress revealed that Nysa is currently concentrating on her academic pursuits and is not yet ready to enter the film industry, despite the constant media speculation.
Kajol explained that growing up in a film family comes with its own set of challenges, and she and Ajay Devgn have always tried to shield their children from the pressures of public life. While Nysa has shown some interest in creative fields, Kajol emphasized that acting is not something Nysa is pursuing at the moment.
“Nysa is currently studying abroad, and she is focused on building her future outside of Bollywood for now,” Kajol shared. “We have always encouraged our children to explore their own interests, and it’s important for them to choose their paths without feeling pressured.”
Kajol did not rule out the possibility of Nysa entering the film industry in the future but made it clear that the decision would be entirely up to Nysa. “If Nysa decides to explore acting in the future, I will support her. But right now, she is more focused on education,” Kajol said.
