Noida News : Noida Authority has released the list of 21 builder projects. In which there are 1097 flats. Buyers of these projects can get the registry done through the builder. Officials say that there is no obstruction from the authority in these projects, all the formalities have been completed. Now there is delay from the side of the builder in getting the registry done. In case of delay, punitive action will be taken by the Authority under the terms of the lease deed and the provisions of RERA.

Which project can have how many registries?
Noida Authority officials told that 201 flats can be registered in plot number-C and D of AIIMS Max Gardenia, Sector-75, 114 in plot number-01 and 86 in plot number-12. 101 in Apex Dream Home Pvt Ltd, Sector-75, 123 in Maxbliss Construction Pvt Ltd, 111 in AIIMSRG Engel Promoters Pvt Ltd, 88 in IV County Pvt Ltd, Sector-121, 47 in Purvanchal Project Pvt Ltd, Sector-137 -144 Gulshan Homes Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. 49, Orion Infrabuild Pvt Ltd, Sector-78 41, Rani Promoters Pvt Ltd 34, Sector-75, E-Homes Infrastructure Pvt Ltd 29, Sector-78 16 in Nexgen Infracon Pvt Ltd, 16 in Indocem Infra Pvt Ltd, Sector-75, 15 in Valuent Infradevelopers Pvt Ltd, 7 in Gulshan Homes Pvt Ltd, Sector-137, 6 in Divine India Pvt Ltd, Sector-108, Sector-78 6 flats can be registered in IITL Nibbans Hyde Park Pvt Ltd, 3 in Imperial Housing Venture Pvt Ltd, Sector-137, 2 flats in Paras Seasons Haven Pvt Ltd, Sector-168 and 1 flat in Sunworld Developers Pvt Ltd, Sector-107. .

The projects for which the list has been issued by the authority, whose tower work has been completed and the registry permission has been granted by the authority. Buyers of respective projects can get the registry done through their builder.
